i don't know how many times in the past i have written about development. if you give someone with exceptional creative and thinking abilities resources to build new ..... it will progress technology. it does not happen.
you may think science and people who study... but to conceptualise and idea and make it work from doable technology in your mind, and then to develop it from there and then to create new ideas along the way is the key. better than someone who does not have this ability.
